Responsibilities
- Lead user-centered design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Develop design systems and maintain consistent UI patterns across web and mobile platforms
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect implementations
- Conduct stakeholder presentations and advocate for user needs throughout product development
- Analyze user behavior data to identify optimization opportunities and iterate on designs
- Mentor junior designers and establish design best practices within the organization
- Stay current with emerging design trends and technologies to maintain competitive advantage
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio demonstrating complex B2B product work
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Experience implementing responsive design for web and mobile applications
- Ability to translate business requirements into user-centered design solutions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic JavaScript for effective collaboration with developers
- BS/BA in Design, HCI, or related field preferred
