Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to uncover user needs and pain points.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using tools like Figma and Adobe XD.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to define product requirements and translate them into intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing designs.
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
- Advocate for the user voice in all stages of the product development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably within the SaaS or technology sector.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a full design process, from research to high-fidelity prototypes.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with HTML/CSS and basic prototyping libraries is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
