Responsibilities
- Design user-centered digital experiences for web/mobile applications using Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with business goals
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement seamless design solutions
- Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products
- Present design rationale and iterate based on stakeholder feedback
- Contribute to design strategy and stay current with UX trends
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing user-centered projects
- Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping software
- Strong understanding of design principles, information architecture, and interaction design
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive visual solutions
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to stakeholders
- Self-motivated with ability to thrive in flexible/remote work environments
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
