Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing to uncover user needs and pain points.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard tools like Figma.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
- Develop and maintain a consistent design system to ensure brand integrity across all platforms.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of projects and a user-centered design process.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Excellent understanding of information architecture and visual hierarchy.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions.
