Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, persona development, and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation
- Develop design systems and UI components to maintain consistency across platforms
- Analyze user feedback and metrics to iterate on existing designs
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and gather actionable input
- Stay updated on UX trends and best practices to drive innovation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of professional UX design experience with portfolio showcasing diverse projects
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and prototyping software
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience conducting user research, A/B testing, and data-driven design iteration
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to articulate design rationale
