Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to prototyping
- Conduct user interviews, persona development, and journey mapping
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive wireframes in Figma
- Collaborate with developers to implement pixel-perfect designs
- Present design solutions to C-level stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Establish and maintain design systems for scalable solutions
- Conduct A/B testing and usability studies to drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing complex projects
- Mastery of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Expertise in user research methodologies and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience working in agile environments and Jira/Trello workflows
- Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven design approach
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
