Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping to inform design strategy
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and Adobe XD
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design systems and maintain consistency
- Lead usability testing sessions and iterate based on quantitative and qualitative feedback
- Document design specifications and create comprehensive style guides
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and advocate for user needs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX design experience with portfolio demonstrating complex digital products
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design
- Proficiency in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, testing)
- Experience working with agile development methodologies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
