Responsibilities
- Design intuitive user interfaces and wireframes using Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to validate design decisions
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement pixel-perfect designs
- Create interactive prototypes and design systems for scalable solutions
- Analyze user behavior data to identify optimization opportunities
- Present design solutions to stakeholders with clear rationale and user insights
- Stay updated on emerging UX trends and industry best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience with a portfolio showcasing mobile/web projects
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) and prototyping software
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1), and responsive design
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, journey mapping)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with flexible deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
