Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, persona development, and journey mapping
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and Adobe XD
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, developers, stakeholders)
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback
- Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across products
- Present design solutions clearly to executive stakeholders
- Mentor junior designers and participate in design critiques
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing mobile and web projects
- Expertise in design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience with user research methods (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in flexible environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Portfolio demonstrating problem-solving process and business impact
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
