Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights and define product requirements.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Design intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and QA, to ensure design feasibility and high-quality implementation.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback, data analysis, and usability testing results.
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across all products.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a solid understanding of the design process, from research to high-fidelity delivery.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with prototyping and user testing methodologies.
