Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret data sets to solve specific business problems.
- Assist in the development of interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI.
- Perform basic SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data from databases.
- Collaborate with the senior analytics team to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate documentation of data processes and methodologies.
- Present findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong interest in data-driven decision making and problem-solving.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) is highly preferred.
- Basic understanding of SQL concepts (SELECT, WHERE, JOIN) is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a logical approach to analyzing complex information.
