Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering, cleaning, and validating data sets from various internal and external sources to ensure accuracy.
- Develop and maintain clear, concise, and accurate data visualizations and interactive dashboards.
- Support the marketing and operations teams by analyzing campaign performance and customer behavior.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to help drive strategic business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Document data processes and maintain accurate records of data models.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset and a genuine interest in data storytelling.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic chart creation.
- Familiarity with SQL basics (select, join, where) or Python is a strong plus (we provide training).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced office environment.
