Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create intuitive interfaces using Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch with our provided design toolkit
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement pixel-perfect designs
- Develop design systems and maintain UI component libraries
- Analyze user behavior data to identify improvement opportunities
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and gather actionable feedback
- Stay current with industry trends through our provided learning resources
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of professional UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools (equipment provided)
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Ability to translate business requirements into elegant design solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Portfolio demonstrating design thinking and problem-solving abilities
