Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize advanced prompt architectures for large language models
- Conduct iterative testing and refinement of prompts to maximize output quality and relevance
- Collaborate with AI researchers to align prompt strategies with model capabilities
- Develop documentation and best practices for prompt engineering methodologies
- Analyze user interaction patterns to identify prompt optimization opportunities
- Train and mentor junior prompt engineers on advanced techniques
- Stay current with emerging AI tools and prompt engineering frameworks
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or NLP-focused development
- Expertise in GPT-4, Claude, and other advanced LLM platforms
- Strong background in Python and prompt automation frameworks
- Proven ability to translate complex requirements into effective prompts
- Familiarity with ethical AI development and bias mitigation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with A/B testing and performance metrics for AI outputs
