Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather actionable insights.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma and Sketch.
- Design intuitive user interfaces (UI) that align with brand guidelines and business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and technical constraints are met.
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across all products.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and leadership.
- Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure a bug-free user experience.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects and process.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Photoshop.
- Experience conducting user research and analyzing data to inform design decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex design concepts clearly.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
