Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and Adobe XD
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement design systems
- Develop user journey maps and information architecture for web and mobile platforms
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze user behavior data to optimize experiences
- Maintain and evolve our design documentation and component library
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and prototyping software
- Strong understanding of interaction design principles and usability heuristics
- Experience with user research methodologies and data analysis
- Ability to work independently with flexible hours while meeting deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design rationale
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
