Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Develop interactive designs using Figma, Adobe XD, and other industry-standard tools
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement pixel-perfect UI solutions
- Create design systems and maintain consistent design language across all products
- Analyze user behavior data to identify pain points and optimize conversion funnels
- Present design rationale to stakeholders through compelling visual storytelling
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to design best practices documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 4+ years of professional UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Expertise in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, persona development)
- Proficiency in design tools: Figma (required), Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and WCAG accessibility standards
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user flows
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
