Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, journey mapping, and wireframing
- Develop high-fidelity prototypes and interactive mockups using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on quantitative/qualitative feedback
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, engineers, stakeholders)
- Create design systems and component libraries for scalable solutions
- Present design rationale and defend decisions through data-driven insights
- Maintain consistent design language across multiple platforms and touchpoints
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing complex projects
- Proficiency in design tools: Figma (required), Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, card sorting)
- Ability to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
- Portfolio demonstrating problem-solving approach and visual design sensibility
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
