Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create design systems and component libraries ensuring consistency across web and mobile platforms
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement pixel-perfect designs
- Conduct competitive analysis and user journey mapping to identify optimization opportunities
- Present design solutions to stakeholders with clear rationale and data-backed recommendations
- Maintain and iterate upon design documentation and style guides
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing B2B SaaS products
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems and component-based workflows
- Experience with user research methodologies including interviews, surveys, and A/B testing
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and responsive design principles
- Ability to translate business requirements into compelling user experiences
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to executive stakeholders
