Responsibilities
- Lead user research sessions, persona development, and journey mapping
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual designs using Figma/Adobe XD
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement pixel-perfect designs
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback
- Develop design systems and maintain UI component libraries
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and justify decisions with user data
- Mentor junior designers and champion UX best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience
- Portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects with measurable results
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
- Strong understanding of design systems and accessibility standards
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, testing)
- Ability to translate business goals into intuitive user experiences
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
