Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement pixel-perfect UI designs
- Create design systems and maintain consistent UI components across platforms
- Analyze user behavior data to drive design iterations and improve conversion rates
- Present design solutions to stakeholders through compelling visual narratives
- Mentor junior designers and champion design thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing B2B healthcare projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience with user research methodologies including surveys, interviews, and usability testing
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles
- Agile/Scrum workflow experience
- BS/MS in HCI, Design, or related field preferred
