Key Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from multiple sources to ensure data integrity for reporting.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on nightly trends to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Collaborate with the operations and product teams to translate complex data sets into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations.
- Automate routine reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
- Ensure data security and compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Data Analyst, preferably within a 24/7 operations environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying databases and Python for data manipulation and scripting.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Must be available and willing to work a night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
