Responsibilities
- Ensure data integrity by performing rigorous data cleansing and validation on nightly batches.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize complex datasets and KPIs.
- Conduct advanced statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
- Automate reporting workflows using SQL and Python to increase efficiency and reduce manual errors.
- Monitor data pipelines and troubleshoot any technical issues that arise during the night shift.
- Present findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.).
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation and scripting.
- Strong command of visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
