Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather actionable insights.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using Figma.
- Design clean, modern, and accessible user interfaces that align with our brand identity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Advocate for the user voice during product planning and development meetings.
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across all platforms.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including mobile and web applications.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present design concepts to stakeholders.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
