Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from user research to prototyping and usability testing
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct user interviews, persona development, and journey mapping to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless implementation of designs
- Develop and maintain our company's design system and component library
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Contribute to design critiques and mentor junior designers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience
- Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design projects
- Proficiency in user research methodologies (interviews, testing, analytics)
- Understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design iterations
- Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive user flows
