Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, persona development, and journey mapping
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on quantitative and qualitative feedback
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility and implementation quality
- Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across digital products
- Present design rationale to stakeholders and advocate for user-centered solutions
- Stay current with UX trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex B2B products
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and prototyping software
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1), and responsive design principles
- Experience conducting user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Ability to translate business requirements into user-centered design solutions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience working in agile development environments preferred
