Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, high-performance software solutions using modern technologies and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Mentor junior developers and engineers, conducting regular code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code with a focus on security and performance.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues in both development and production environments.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including architecture planning, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and tools to continuously improve our development processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Go, or JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with modern web frameworks and front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js).
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and database management systems (SQL/NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced Agile environment.
