Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance, scalable software solutions using modern architectures.
- Lead technical initiatives from conception through execution, ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, conducting code reviews, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement robust error handling and monitoring systems.
- Optimize application performance and ensure seamless user experiences across various platforms.
Qualifications
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development with a focus on backend or full-stack engineering.
- Proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, Go, or TypeScript.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
