Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Develop and maintain a consistent design system to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define and implement creative solutions.
- Optimize user journeys for maximum usability, accessibility, and conversion rates.
- Present design concepts and rationale to internal teams and external clients clearly and persuasively.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile and web projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Photoshop/Illustrator.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and user feedback to iterate designs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex design concepts.
- Experience with HTML/CSS basics and a working knowledge of front-end development processes.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
