Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create user-centered design solutions for web and mobile applications
- Develop detailed design systems and maintain design consistency across products
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and stay current with UX trends and best practices
- Present design rationale to stakeholders through compelling visual documentation
- Mentor junior designers through design reviews and knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of professional UX design experience with portfolio demonstrating user-centered solutions
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user research methodologies and information architecture
- Experience with responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with flexible scheduling
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
- Portfolio showcasing process work and final design solutions
