Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create pixel-perfect UI designs using Figma and Adobe XD for responsive web and mobile applications
- Develop interactive prototypes to validate design concepts and facilitate stakeholder feedback
- Conduct user interviews and analyze data to identify pain points and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across all products
- Present design solutions to executive stakeholders and justify design decisions with data
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience with a portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design principles
- Experience with user research methodologies including surveys, interviews, and A/B testing
- Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating successful design projects with measurable impact
