Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and information architectures to guide design decisions
- Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Conduct A/B testing and data analysis to optimize user experiences
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement design solutions
- Maintain and evolve our design system for consistency across digital platforms
- Present design rationale and solutions to stakeholders through compelling visual storytelling
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (3+ years experience accepted in lieu of degree)
- 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing complex projects
- Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping software
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Experience conducting user research, interviews, and usability testing
- Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
- Portfolio demonstrating problem-solving process and design outcomes
