Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create user-centered designs for web and mobile applications that align with business objectives
- Develop design systems and ensure consistent UI/UX implementation across products
- Conduct user research and data analysis to identify pain points and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver pixel-perfect designs within agile sprints
- Present design rationale and iterate based on stakeholder feedback
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
- Strong understanding of user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Experience with responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and prototyping
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to translate user needs into actionable designs
- Portfolio demonstrating successful end-to-end design projects
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
