Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing
- Create intuitive interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma and Adobe XD
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect designs
- Develop design systems and maintain UI consistency across 20+ digital products
- Conduct user interviews and analyze behavioral data to drive design decisions
- Present design solutions to executive stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers through design reviews and knowledge sharing sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field with 5+ years of professional experience
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools with a strong portfolio showcasing complex projects
- Proven experience conducting user research, usability testing, and A/B testing
- Deep understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1), and responsive design principles
- Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate user insights into actionable design solutions
- Portfolio demonstrating measurable impact on user engagement and conversion rates
