Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and analysis to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma and Sketch.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative solutions.
- Design and maintain consistent design systems and component libraries to ensure scalability.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on qualitative and quantitative feedback.
- Ensure all designs are accessible and meet WCAG 2.1 guidelines.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in UX/UI design with a strong, portfolio-worthy project history.
- Proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Experience with user research methodologies, wireframing, and usability testing.
- Strong understanding of information architecture, visual hierarchy, and typography.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
