Role Overview:
As a UX Designer, you will bridge the gap between complex technical requirements and user needs. You will be responsible for creating intuitive, accessible, and visually stunning interfaces that drive user engagement and conversion.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to define and solve complex user problems.
- Design wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using Figma and other design tools.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate concepts into visual designs.
- Create and maintain a scalable design system to ensure consistency across all digital products.
- Present design concepts and rationale to the team, advocating for the user's best interests.
- Iterate rapidly on designs based on feedback and analytics data.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- Proficiency in Figma (essential) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD).
- A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX design processes, including research and prototyping.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions to non-design stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
