Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather actionable insights.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma and Sketch.
- Develop and maintain a scalable design system to ensure brand consistency.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure design specifications are accurately implemented.
- Present design concepts and iterate based on stakeholder feedback.
- Analyze product performance data to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience.
- A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects.
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic prototyping is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to think critically and solve complex design problems.
- Experience working in an agile development environment.
