Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement pixel-perfect designs in Figma and Adobe XD
- Develop design systems and UI components to ensure consistency across platforms
- Conduct user interviews and analyze behavioral data to inform design decisions
- Create compelling visual designs and interactive prototypes that align with brand guidelines
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Stay current with emerging UX trends and best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Expertise in user research methodologies, including persona development and journey mapping
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and WCAG accessibility standards
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design iterations
- Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and visual design skills
