Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality software code for web and mobile applications.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, design, implementation, and deployment.
- Debug complex issues and optimize system performance to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to maintain high coding standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to deliver features on time.
- Ensure security best practices are implemented across all codebases.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Proficiency in at least two of the following: Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of database management systems (SQL, NoSQL).
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in English.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) as part of the scheduled rotation.
