Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance software solutions using microservices architecture
- Lead code reviews and implement CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical documentation
- Participate in agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives) using Jira
- Contribute to open-source projects and represent the company at tech conferences
- Automate testing frameworks to maintain 99.9% system uptime
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (MS preferred)
- 5+ years experience with Java, Python, or Go in production environments
- Expertise in containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and cloud-native development
- Strong background in distributed systems and RESTful API design
- Proven track record of leading complex projects from conception to deployment
- Experience with performance optimization and security best practices
- Certifications in AWS or Azure (preferred but not required)
