Responsibilities
- Design & Develop: Architect and implement robust, scalable software solutions for our weekend-focused infrastructure.
- Maintenance: Debug, test, and maintain existing codebases to ensure high performance, reliability, and security.
- Innovation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features and technical improvements.
- Optimization: Analyze system bottlenecks and implement performance optimizations to enhance user experience.
- Documentation: Write clear, concise technical documentation and participate in code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Testing: Develop and execute unit and integration tests to guarantee code quality.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Programming: Proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C++, or Go).
- Tools: Strong understanding of version control systems (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) as part of the core team.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
