Responsibilities
- Design & Architecture: Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance software solutions using modern engineering practices.
- Code Quality: Write clean, testable, and efficient code; conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and security standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Designers, and QA Engineers to deliver feature-rich products on time.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of technical excellence within the engineering team.
- Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to enhance user experience.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and API specifications.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Programming: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java. Experience with frameworks like React, Node.js, or Spring Boot.
- Cloud & DevOps: Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Database: Expertise in SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
- Agile: Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
