Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and performance optimization.
- Debug and troubleshoot complex technical issues to ensure system stability and uptime.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical roadmap of the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 4-6 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java (React or Node.js preferred).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and version control systems (Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
