Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and QA engineers to define requirements and deliver features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code through rigorous unit testing and peer code reviews.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues to ensure system stability and performance.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Conduct technical research to evaluate emerging technologies and integrate them into our tech stack.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 3+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong preference for remote work experience.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, Java, or C#.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a distributed environment.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude toward team collaboration.
