Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain core modules for equity option administration systems
- Implement real-time analytics dashboards for equity valuation and modeling
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design compliant equity compensation workflows
- Optimize database performance for high-volume equity transaction processing
- Create automated testing frameworks for equity calculation engines
- Document system architecture and API specifications for equity modules
- Contribute to technical strategy for scaling equity platform to enterprise clients
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Python/Java/Go
- Expertise in financial systems or equity compensation technologies
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database optimization techniques
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and microservices architecture
- Familiarity with equity instruments (ISOs, NSOs, RSUs, ESPPs)
- Proven track record of delivering scalable SaaS applications
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent technical degree
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
