Responsibilities

- Debug and troubleshoot issues: Identify and resolve software defects and performance bottlenecks to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Participate in code reviews: Engage in peer reviews to maintain high standards of code quality and share knowledge.
- Assist in database management: Work with SQL databases to ensure data integrity and efficient retrieval.
- Stay updated on industry trends: Continuously learn new technologies and best practices to keep our tech stack modern.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, OR equivalent hands-on experience.
- No Experience Required: We are willing to train the right candidate. Passion for technology and eagerness to learn are more important than prior employment history.
- Basic Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or Python is a plus but not mandatory.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and solve complex problems in a logical manner.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with the team.
- Relocation: Must be willing to relocate to the Raleigh, NC area.
