Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain high-performance backend systems during night shift hours
- Collaborate with global teams via asynchronous communication tools
- Optimize code for scalability and security in cloud-native environments
- Participate in agile sprints with daily standoffs during night hours
- Troubleshoot complex production issues with minimal supervision
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements for 24/7 deployment readiness
- Mentor junior engineers during night shift rotations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent experience (5+ years)
- Expertise in Java/Python and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Proven experience with microservices architecture
- Strong problem-solving skills for autonomous night shift work
