Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources using SQL and Python.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau and PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to support strategic decision-making for the Houston and Virginia teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure accuracy of reporting models.
- Present findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages like Python or R.
- Experience creating visualizations with Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems.
- Must be available to work Night Shift hours (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM EST).
