Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analyses to identify patterns, trends, and correlations that drive business growth.
- Visualization: Develop compelling dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to present insights to stakeholders clearly.
- SQL & Database Management: Write efficient SQL queries to extract data and manage database structures effectively.
- Forecasting: Build predictive models to forecast future trends and support strategic planning.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product and engineering teams to define data requirements and solve complex problems.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R is required. Experience with Tableau, PowerBI, or similar visualization tools is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data analysis or a similar analytical role.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail with a strong ability to spot errors in data and logic.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to translate technical findings into business recommendations.
