Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java/Python
- Optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP for 24/7 system reliability
- Collaborate with global teams via agile methodologies for sprint deliverables
- Debug and resolve production issues with rapid response protocols
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Docker/Kubernetes
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers on night shift
- Document technical specifications and API documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 3+ years experience in backend development (Java/Python)
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and DevOps tools
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
